Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive obstetric and gynecological examinations.
  • Provide quality prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
  • Conduct specialized procedures, including circumcisions, with proficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols and standards.

Required Skills:
  • Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license.
  • Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, specifically with circumcisions.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current OB-GYN practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
  • Additional certifications in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Valid North Carolina medical license in good standing.

Other Requirements:
  • Must have current experience performing circumcisions.
  • Ability to work onsite with flexibility; onsite call room or nearby hotel accommodations available.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours as needed to ensure continued service operation.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all licensing and certification requirements.
