Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive obstetric and gynecological examinations.
- Provide quality prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Conduct specialized procedures, including circumcisions, with proficiency.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols and standards.
Required Skills:
- Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license.
- Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, specifically with circumcisions.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current OB-GYN practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
- Additional certifications in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Valid North Carolina medical license in good standing.
Other Requirements:
- Must have current experience performing circumcisions.
- Ability to work onsite with flexibility; onsite call room or nearby hotel accommodations available.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours as needed to ensure continued service operation.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all licensing and certification requirements.
