- Experience: Minimum required – relevant clinical experience preferred
- Compensation: Guaranteed salary starting at $425,000 annually, plus productivity incentives
- Signing Bonus: $75,000 to support your transition
- Resident/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent graduates
- Student Loan Assistance: $125,000 paid over six years
- Visa Sponsorship: J1 visa sponsorship available for international candidates

- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across outpatient clinics and hospital inpatient settings
- Manage a diverse patient panel with obstetric, gynecologic, surgical, and preventative services
- Conduct inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists as needed
- Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted procedures
- Lead and mentor support staff and advanced practice providers
- Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with hospital policies
- Engage in professional development through CME and continuing education
- Participate in shared call schedule, ensuring excellent after-hours coverage
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to maintain top hospital and departmental standards
- Support community health efforts in a rural, underserved area offering comprehensive healthcare services
- Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
