Locum Tenens Opportunity: OB/GYN Hospitalist
Location: Evansville, Indiana
Program Start Date: April 2013
Schedule & Shift Details
- Shift Length: 24-hour shifts
- Coverage Type: In-house hospitalist coverage
- GYN Coverage: Required
- First Assist:
- Hospitalists must provide first assist
- First assist also available to hospitalists
- NICU Level: III
- Monthly Average Hospital Deliveries: 110
- Estimated Deliveries by Hospitalists (monthly): 6
- Estimated Non-Delivery Patient Encounters (monthly): 271
- MFM On-Call: 24/7
- In-House Anesthesia: 24/7
- Residency Program: None
- EMR: Cerner
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN – preferred
- Active Indiana Medical License – required
- Ability to work 24-hour in-house shifts
- Comfortable with both obstetric and GYN cases
