• 📞 Call: 24/7 – Every Other Week (Fri 7:00 AM – Fri 7:00 AM)

• 🧍‍♀️ ~20 patients/day in clinic

• 👶 ~25 deliveries/month

• 👩‍⚕️ 1 NP/Midwife + MA + Clinic Supervisor + 2 Front Desk Staff

• 🏥 Clinic is directly across from the hospital (all ancillaries onsite)

• 💻 EMR: Cerner

• ✋ Must be confident in full-scope OB/GYN procedures

✅ Board Certified OB/GYN – Required (No BE)
✅ Active MI License & CSR at Name Clear – No IMLC Accepted
✅ BLS (AHA) – Required
✅ Local Providers Only – No exceptions
✅ Clean Background for Fast Credentialing – Required
✅ DEA – Verbal Confirmation at Name Clear
