Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $550,000 – $780,000 (based on RVU productivity + quality bonuses)
• RVU Model:
  • Threshold: 7,414 RVUs
  • Reimbursement: $50.69 per RVU
  • Uncapped bonus structure
• Income Guarantee: One-year guarantee (based on experience); transition off once production goals are met
• Signing Bonus: $60,000
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000 (receipts-based)
