About position:
Located in Fergus Falls, MN; 60m from Fargo, ND; 200m from Minneapolis
Full Time; Employed
Permanent Position
Seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician
Join a team of 1 OB/GYN MD, 1 Family Medicine/OB Physician, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
This established practice see s patients for: annual exams, anxiety & depression screening, STD s, HPV, infertility, birth control, colon screening, perimenopause & menopause, high-risk pregnancies, endometrial ablation, hysterectomies, prenatal care, pre-surgical exams, & gynecologic surgery.
Trauma level 3 hospital with the nearest level 1 trauma center 1 hour away
Established practice is approximately 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology; opportunity for high gynecology surgical practice
Referral base draws from 7 clinics, and a primary service area supporting a population of 70,000 for this specialty
1:4 on-call, for our 4 bed labor and delivery department, and emergency department
Average 225 deliveries/year
Compensation

6 weeks paid time off
Guaranteed salary for the first 2 years of employment with the opportunity for additional compensation based on production hours worked
Generous sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and paid professional dues
Profit-sharing & cash balance plan
Annual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K plan (100% vested without employee contribution requirements)
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency required.
Board certification highly preferred; board eligibility required
Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
