About the Opportunity
She Recruits is partnering with a growing, mission-driven health group dedicated to providing high-quality OB/GYN care to women and families throughout the Kansas City metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate OB/GYN physician who wants to practice in a supportive, community-focused environment and make a real difference for patients across the prenatal, labor, and postpartum continuum.

In this role, you’ll join a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and support staff who share a commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered women’s health.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, natal, and postnatal treatment

• Perform patient exams, interpret labs, and develop appropriate care plans

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the female reproductive system

• Deliver babies and manage the care of mothers through the postpartum period

• Recommend and manage diet, physical activities, medications, or surgery when needed

• Partner with a dedicated care team to ensure safety and quality at every step

What You’ll Bring

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with active licensure in Missouri and Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program

• Commitment to professional competence, patient safety, and ethical practice

• Passion for providing high-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven setting
