Medicus has partnered with a reputable medical center one hour north of Atlanta, Georgia, with an opening for a skilled OB/GYN to provide locum call coverage.
Opening Overview:
- Schedule: 24-hour weekend beeper call, Friday 7a-Monday 7a
- Annual Volume: ~1,000 deliveries
- Weekend Volumes: 2-3 deliveries, 0-1 GYN emergency surgeries, 1-2 circumcisions, ~3 ED calls for general questions
- 7 L&D rooms
- Required Skills: Vaginal deliveries, c-sections, circumcisions, and all OB-related skills
- Will handle emergent GYN cases from the ED
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
