Locum – OB/GYN Physician
Location: Langhorne, Pennsylvania
Setting: Inpatient Hospital Call Coverage
Start Date: July 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Schedule: 1:6 call ratio

Weekend Call: 48-hour shifts
Position Overview:
Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team in Langhorne, PA, providing vital support during the loss of a full-time provider. This locum role includes comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN call coverage, with an average of 3 scheduled patients per day and a balanced mix of low- and high-risk obstetrics. Candidates must be Board Certified, hold an active PA license, and have advanced fetal monitoring certification.

60% Low-Risk OB / 40% High-Risk OB

10% GYN (avg. 1 GYN surgery/day)

VBACs and complex deliveries supported
Required Skills & Procedures:
-
Full-spectrum OB including:
-
High-risk pregnancy, complicated deliveries (breech, multiple births, abruptions)
-
Routine vaginal and C-section deliveries
-
VBACs, 3rd/4th degree laceration repairs
-
Advanced FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
-
Cervical cerclage, Level I OB ultrasound performance & interpretation

GYN procedures including:
-
Laparoscopic tubal ligation, chromopertubation

Ectopic pregnancy management, ovarian cystectomy, LOA

Open surgical gynecology

Requirements to Apply:

Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED

Active PA Medical License – REQUIRED

Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification – REQUIRED
