Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent Position
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a flexible and collaborative hospitalist team. This position offers a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling, no billing or coding responsibilities, and a focus on inpatient OB/GYN care and medical education.
Practice Highlights:
Flexible schedule: 5 to 8 shifts per month
24-hour in-house OB/GYN hospitalist shifts
Involvement in family medicine residency clinic for daytime OB/GYN services
Collaboration with nursing staff, midwives, and FM residents
Occasional GYN surgical support for clinic patients
Coverage of ED and inpatient GYN consults
Participate in medical drills, simulations, and resident education
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active New Jersey medical license
Proficient in full-scope OB/GYN care
Willingness to teach medical students and residents
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly compensation ($160/hr base)
