Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a flexible and collaborative hospitalist team. This position offers a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling, no billing or coding responsibilities, and a focus on inpatient OB/GYN care and medical education.
Practice Highlights:
- Flexible schedule: 5 to 8 shifts per month
- 24-hour in-house OB/GYN hospitalist shifts
- Involvement in family medicine residency clinic for daytime OB/GYN services
- Collaboration with nursing staff, midwives, and FM residents
- Occasional GYN surgical support for clinic patients
- Coverage of ED and inpatient GYN consults
- Participate in medical drills, simulations, and resident education
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active New Jersey medical license
- Proficient in full-scope OB/GYN care
- Willingness to teach medical students and residents
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Compensation & Benefits:
