Build Relationships & a Meaningful Practice in a Welcoming Rural Montana Community

  • Northern Montana facility is seeking an OB/GYN provider to join their team.
  • The practice breakdown is approximately 50% GYN-50% OB. However, new physician will be able to create the mix he/she desires.
  • Physician will be able to do subspecialty cases; high risk OB, some reproductive endocrinology, some GYN oncology, and some urogynecology; with backup from subspecialists within a few hours.
  • An added benefit is the comradery between the providers and their patients that a rural community provides.
  • The position has a guaranteed salary for the first two years with subsequent generous productivity-based compensation.
  • Production is based on 50% gross billings; providers may move to productivity-based compensation model early depending on performance.
  • Benefits include a six-week allowance for sick/vacation paid time off; $5,000 CME annual allowance, malpractice insurance paid by the organization; health/dental insurance; life/disability insurance available and a paid relocation allowance.
  • They have over 35 employed providers in various specialties that serve a five (5) county area.
  • There are approximately 225 births per year at their hospital.
  • This position offers the ability to step into an already existing high-volume practice.
