Opportunity: Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology
This is a locum tenens opportunity for hospital call coverage during specific dates in July (4-6th, 12-13th, and 19-26th). The position requires active hospital privileges and board certification.
Job Details:
- Hospital coverage only - no office/clinic responsibilities
- Coverage dates needed: July 4-6th, 12-13th, and 19-26th
- 5-20 patient encounters per shift
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- 90-day credentialing timeframe
- Skills needed include management of low and high-risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasound interpretation, amniocentesis, routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal and C-section), and repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Experience with breech deliveries, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs preferred
- Surgical gynecology experience preferred, including both open and laparoscopic procedures
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
