OB's enjoy:- Medical Director
- 4-day Work Week AND 6 Weeks PTO
- Only 10 days of Backup Call
- Robotics Available but not required
- Midwife OB Hospitalist Team
- 30 mi outside Metro w/ SEC Div I University
- Metro Amenities w/ Smoky Mountain Views
- Med Dir: Board Certified with 5+ yr experience
- Non-Medical Director: Board Certified or Eligible
- $400,000 - $450,000 Salary PLUS Production
- Addt’l $50,000 – $75,000 Commencement & Relocation
- Addt’l $50,000 Medical Director Potential
- Addt’l $15,000 – $30,000 for Mid-wife Oversight
- Addt’l $5,000 CME & Licensure
- Up to Addt’l $20,000 per yr Quality & Loan Repay
- Full Benefits, 401k Plus Match, Paid Malpractice & Tail
- NO STATE Income Tax and LOW Property Taxes
