- Employed practice seeks BC/BE OB/GYN to join their team
- Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program – to be discussed with employer
- Established team of six OB/GYN Physicians, seven Certified Midwives and one Nurse Practitioner
- Physician average of 55% OB care and 45% GYN care
- Call 1:6 with a goal of obtaining 1:7
- Laborist/doc-of-the-day care model
- Average 18-26 clinic patients per day
- 2 Da Vinci Xi Robotic surgical systems available
- 4-day work week when not on weekend call
- Strong work-life balance with ability to take call from home
- 24-hour weekday call and 72-hour weekend call shifts
- High volume of minimally invasive surgeries among the group, including robotics and vNotes
- Total practice deliveries average 1000 yearly
- Level 2 NICU
