West Chicago OBGYN practice seeks 1-2 additional OBGYN physicians ASAP!

A well-established OBGYN group of 3 OBGYN providers and 1 primary care physician (IM) in a suburb of Chicago, 20 miles west of the city, is looking to add 1-2 new providers. They have 1 joining this summer and are losing 1 to relocation, and ideally, they would like to have 4 or 5 OBGYN providers’ total. This patient-centric practice seeks candidates who are passionate about practicing community-based medicine in a caring and nurturing environment. They call their patients with lab results and follow up. They listen and spend time with their patients, and their patients love them. Call will be 1:4 to 1:5 and is taken from home. The physicians average about 10 to 12 deliveries per provider monthly and are much more GYN weighted. (60/40 to 70/30 GYN to OB). They admit to a community-based hospital with a level III NICU and all services in-house. There are also 2 DaVinci Robots, and the providers do a lot of MIGS and Robotic surgery. New hires will be trained on the Robot and mentored in the OR. Providers can live up to 40 minutes from the hospital. The practice has an office that is 7 minutes from the hospital, and it is fully equipped and up to date. To provide a “one-stop shopping” experience, they do a ton of in-office GYN and often use mobile anesthesia. They also offer Mammograms and U/S in-office and have techs for both. They have a lab and a phlebotomist in the office too as well as an Internist. This practice offers a very competitive salary and benefits package, signing and retention bonus. They offer a productivity bonus incentive plan based on collections, and cover Health, dental, vision, 401K with 4% match, licensure dues and fees, malpractice coverage, 4 weeks PTO incl CME time, 4 extra paid holidays, and high earning potential. This is an affluent community in the western suburbs of Chicago that offers a lower COL and tons to do, and easy access to the city.
