Seeking BC/BE OBGYN physician to join an established medical group providing comprehensive women s health services. This is a full-scope position offering both inpatient and outpatient care, with a strong team and supportive environment.
Practice Details:
Medical group employed position
Mix of OB and GYN services
Team includes: 2 OB/GYNs, 1 part-time GYN (.75 FTE), 1 FNP, a Site Manager, and support staff
Clinic Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours per week)
Anticipated call: approximately 7 shifts/month, including 1 weekend; final schedule to be discussed upon full staffing
Technology:
Clinic EMR: Athena
Hospital EMR: Cerner
Compensation & Benefits:
Two-year income guarantee (based on MGMA median) + RVU and performance bonuses
$25,000+ commencement bonus/loan, paid within 5 weeks of start and forgiven over a defined term
Relocation assistance: $10,000 $14,000 reimbursed with receipts
Student loan repayment: negotiable
PTO: 30 days front-loaded annually
CME: 5 days + $5,000 annual allowance
Insurance: Priority Health medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
Retirement: 403(b) plan + additional physician retirement option
