OB-GYN Opportunity - Community-Based Practice
Location: Oxford, OH & Brookville, IN
Setting: Outpatient & Hospital-Based
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* Join a well-established practice serving the community for over 50 years
* Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care, including prenatal, diagnostic, surgical, and wellness services
* Deliver at a community hospital with over 400 births annually
* Rotate between offices in Oxford, Ohio and Brookville, Indiana
* Work collaboratively with 3 OB-GYNs, a Nurse Midwife, and dedicated clinical staff
* Evenly split call rotation with schedule flexibility
* Utilize EPIC EMR system
Ideal Candidate:
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in both Ohio and Indiana
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered, holistic care
* Committed to community engagement and relationship-building
* Interest in long-term growth with succession planning opportunities over the next 3 5 years
