Location: Conveniently located right off I-95 along the North Carolina/South Carolina border and a short drive to Florence, Charleston, Myrtle, and many other amazing, southern destinations.
Facility: A healthcare system based in South Carolina, known for its network of hospitals, medical centers, and services across the region.
Opportunity: Seeking a Board Certified OB/Gyn for locums call coverage
Assignment Details –
- 24 Hour Call required
- We will have our FNP cover the office. IF there is something the FNP can't handle, she will have the locum come over to the office for that patient, otherwise the FNP will admit the patient and let the locum handle it at the hospital.
- Locum will be required to round on inpatients in the hospital daily (even on weekends)
- Average number of inpatients rounded on per day = 1-3 patients.
- Average deliveries per day = 1-3
- 2-4 NST/observations daily average
- 4 LDR beds
- Must be comfortable with vaginal deliveries, as well as cesarean deliveries
- ED consults for OBGYN patients as needed
- No inpatient midlevel support
- Age range of patient population: 15-70
- Circumcisions NOT required. These are handled by the Pediatric Physician.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid travel and lodging available.
