Hospital Women’s & Children’s Clinic is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB-GYN to join their collaborative and mission-driven team in a full-time, permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, innovative, and flexible provider to thrive in a supportive rural health environment while enjoying a high quality of life in the stunning Pacific Northwest.
Position Highlights
- Join a well-established team of 3 full-time physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Four 10-hour workdays per week with an average of 13–17 patients per day
- Scribe support available for providers seeing 15+ patients/day
- 1:3 call schedule with support from a dedicated Family Birthing Center and Level I Nursery
- Certified lactation consultant services available onsite
- Behavioral health team onsite for warm handoffs and integrated care
Clinic & Facility Details
- 11 exam rooms, 1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment
- 2 clinic-based ultrasound machines
- EPIC EMR fully integrated across hospital and clinic settings
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive total compensation exceeding $490,000
- RVU production bonus based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
- $40,000 commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, plus paid CME time
