OB/GYN Opportunity Employed Model in a Thriving Community Practice | Sterling, IL
Position Overview:
Seeking a BC/BE Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join a busy, well-established practice in Sterling, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values a balanced lifestyle, high earning potential, and the support of a strong, collaborative medical team.
About the Practice:
* 550 births annually
* Practice split: 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
* Level II Nursery
* Excellent succession planning in place
* Shared 1:3 call rotation
* Current team: 4 MDs, 2 Certified Nurse Midwives, 1 Women s Health NP
