Job Summary:
Medical City Arlington is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. This is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment.Qualified Candidates:
- 24-hour shifts
- No on-call duties
- Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
- Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
- OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration
- First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
- Strong, reliable back-up call system
- Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
- Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success

- Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) beds
- Level III Maternal Designation
- 33 medical/surgical rooms, including 14 antepartum rooms
- 23 labor and delivery rooms
- 3 C-section operating rooms
- GME teaching hospital
