An established women's health program in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a Hospitalist Medical Director position.

Opportunity Highlights

• OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director position
• 5–8 in-house, 24-hour shifts per month
• Double physician coverage on all shifts
• Lead clinical operations and support the OB/GYN hospitalist team
• Manage labor and delivery, including unassigned obstetric patients
• Provide OB emergency department coverage and urgent gynecologic care
• Level III NICU with around-the-clock neonatal specialist support
• Maternal-fetal medicine consultation available
• Participate in clinical quality improvement and team development
• No billing or coding responsibilities
• Established clinical and administrative leadership support

Qualifications

• BC/BE Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for Arkansas medical licensure
• OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience beneficial, but physicians interested in advancing into leadership are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative leadership skills
