- Hospital Women’s & Children’s Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible BE/BC OB-GYN.
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Provider schedule – Four 10-hour days per week
- Average of 13-17 patients per day
- For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided
- Team of 3 filltime physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
- 1:3 call
- Dedicated Family Birthing Center, Level 1 Nursery with certified lactation consultant services
- Fulltime, permanent
- Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (490k+)
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
- Commencement bonus of $40,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
