- Shift: Full-time, 4-day workweek
- Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time employed physician
- License/Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Experience: Interest in full-time practice; previous OB/GYN experience preferred
- Pay Rate: Hourly rate of $1.00 (equivalent to competitive annual salary of $328,000–$365,000)

- Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care in a busy hospital setting and outpatient clinics
- Manage a balanced practice with approximately 20 patients daily
- Participate in a 1:5 call schedule; most nights covered by CNMs
- Utilize advanced ER tools, including two daVinci XI robots, with ample OR access
- Collaborate with a team of six physicians and four certified nurse midwives
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while focusing on excellent outcomes
- Engage in continuous quality improvement and education opportunities
- Current license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
- Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN
- Enthusiasm for full-time practice and outpatient/clinical work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
