An established OB/GYN practice in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join an experienced team in a well-supported hospital environment.
Whether you're an experienced OB/GYN or a new graduate looking for the right place to launch your career, this opportunity offers the clinical resources, physician support, and lifestyle flexibility to build a practice around the way you want to work.
A Modern OB/GYN Platform
Join 3 experienced OB/GYN physicians and 1 APP in a busy, established practice delivering approximately 700 babies each year.
The facility offers:
- Level II nursery
- 2 pediatricians
- 24/7 anesthesia coverage
- 2 CRNAs dedicated to OB
- Da Vinci XI robotic surgical system
- 2 robotic systems in the main OR
- Approximately 1.5–2 OR days per week
You'll have the resources and support to provide both comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care while maintaining access to advanced surgical technology.
A Schedule With Room to Breathe
Your practice can be tailored to your desired workload, with clinic volume flexible at approximately 20–40 patients per day.
The call structure includes:
- Approximately 5 call nights per month
- Only 1–2 weekends per year
- Combination of deliveries and OR procedures
- Approximately 1.5–2 OR days per week

Compensation That Rewards Production
- $400,000 base salary + production
- $40,000–$80,000 signing bonus
- Realistic $500,000–$600,000 earning potential, depending on desired workload
