OBGYN needed in TEXAS!

Join an established OB/GYN practice affiliated with a well-respected health system. This practice plays a vital role in providing care for women and expecting mothers across the surrounding region.

Practice and Clinic Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Call: 1:4 weekday, 1:5 weekend with weekend call recovery
- EMR: EPIC (clinic and hospital)
- Patient Volume: 18–22/day
- Delivery Volume: 18–22/month
- Procedures: C-sections, VBAC, general OB/GYN, robotic surgery starting 2025
- MFM support available within system network
- Team includes 3 physicians + 1 PRN, each supported by MA + RN triage

Hospital Affiliation:
- Reopened Labor & Delivery services with strong community support
- 200–400 deliveries/year, with a low C-section rate (16–20%)
- Robot-assisted surgery set to begin in 2025

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $350,000
- wRVU Incentive: $50.00/wRVU above 8,000
- Commencement Bonus: Included in financial package
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $30,000
- PTO: 28 days (22 business days)
- Comprehensive Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD)
- 401k: 100% match at 4% salary contribution
- CME: $5,000
- Malpractice insurance provided
