RecruitWell is partnering with an integrated, nonprofit health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for a full-time, permanent position. This is a well-supported role within a modern hospital offering comprehensive women’s health services and strong clinical volume.

• Join a collaborative team of:

  • 6 OB/GYN physicians

  • 6 Advanced Practice Providers

  • 2 dedicated Laborists

• Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum “bread and butter” OB/GYN

  • Obstetrics with call

  • Deliveries and prenatal care

  • Gynecology with dedicated OR block time

• Volume: Approximately 700 births per year

• Call Structure: First-call system with designated backup for balanced coverage

• Technology: Access to DaVinci robotic surgery for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures

• Facilities: Dedicated OR suite on Labor & Delivery within a new, state-of-the-art hospital

• Integrated midwife program with close physician collaboration

• Employed, nonprofit health system

• PSLF eligible

• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available

• Base salary range: $390,000 – $406,666

• Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (clinical details section) / $75,000 (organization section)

• wRVU-based productivity incentives

• Additional productivity incentive opportunities

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training

Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.

The client is a multi-specialty physician network employing 50+ physicians and 20+ advanced practice providers across 12 locations. Specialties include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women’s Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. Administrative and business support is provided by the hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
