OBGYN opening in Iowa - J1 eligible
* Located in *Ottumwa, IA* - just 80 miles from Des Moines!
* Service area of 125,000 people
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed position
* Joining an established and well-respected, hospital-affiliated practice
* Call will be a 10 day requirement (1 weekend) for the most part but the call at these locations is not onerous due to the low deliveries
* We do have APPs in the practices to help with clinic.
* Recruiting due to a strong community need
* There is regional and local access to all specialists
* Hospital has approximately 500-600 births per year
* 17 OBGYN beds and Level II Nursery
* da Vinci Surgical System allows the opportunity for building GYN surgery volumes
* *J1 visa sponsorship available!*
* Compensation would be 1 yr guarantee with wRVU bonus and then go to wRVU production
* Starting in the $400k range
* Relocation up to $15k
* Student loan reimbursement (around $20k/yr)
* wRVU conversion factor may vary location to location but around $50
