Requirements
  • Board Certification: Required (OB/GYN)

  • Certifications:

  • BLS – Basic Life Support

  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support

  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Licensure: Indiana medical license (confirm active status)
