Position Highlights
- Choose Your Practice Model: General OBGYN or shift-based hospitalist
- Academic Involvement: Daily resident teaching, optional faculty track, QI initiatives, and selective research
- Outpatient Model: ~1:9 call, no call on clinic days, protected continuity, predictable clinic weeks, customizable surgical activity
- Hospitalist Model: High-acuity, well-supported L&D with strong backup, steady volume, clear workflows; teach without academic burden
