New OBGYN locum position below! If you are looking for a different location or type of locums assignment, please let me know where or what would be a better fit via email. We are also representing OBGYN locums in multiple other states currently.

Location: Austell GA

Duration: July – ongoing

Schedule: 1 clinic day each week (8a-4p) and 5-10 24 hr call shifts

Call: 24 hour call

Patient volume: ~25 in office and avg. ~10 in the ob unit in the hospital

Scope: Outpatient: gen obgyn. 90% adult with some teen pregnancies. No pediatrics in the office.

Inpatient: c-sections, D&C, Ectopic laproscopic surgery, Emergency hysterectomy, Vaginal lacerations, Other emergency OB GYN surgical procedures. Avg 5 admissions/day. Must be able to do c-sections, assist with complicated deliveries,

EMR: EPIC

Hospital: 347 bed level 3

Group/support: CNM in hospital while on call

Requirements (boards, license): GA licensed or IMLC License in hand, Board Certified or truly Board eligible. Covid Vaccinated
