Location: Minnesota
Duration: Start March 28 th and Ongoing
Schedule: Clinic M-F, Hospital would be 24 hour call for days scheduled
Shift: 9 am – 5 pm
Call: 24 hours a day, call would be roughly 1:3 / 1:4.
Patient volume: In the Clinic 20 ppd. Clinic coverage does not need to be 5 days/week; we would consider 2-3 days/week clinic.
Current delivery volume? 220 births/year
Scope: full scope clinic and on-call; also open to weekend call
EMR: Epic and do no have a da Vinci Robot
Group/support: . Presently we have 1 full time OB/GYN (who is leaving), 1 part-time OB/GYN, and one casual OB/GYN that works 1 weekend/month and 2 days clinic per month. Additionally, we have 2 FM OB’s that take call and are c-section trained
Requirements (boards, license): Minnesota License, and DEA
