*Location: Fort Defiance, AZ; Navajo Reservation
*Schedule: Offers 2 Choices:
- Call every 4th weekend and every 4th day. The rest of the weekdays are clinic only.
OR
- 100% Call; 7 days per month of 24 hour call; No Clinic.
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Medical License from any U.S. State or Territory
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current, valid, unrestricted DEA License
- Clean Malpractice & NPDB
- Up to date Hep B, Flu, Covid, MMR vaccines/immunizations; medical tests: PPD
- 3-4 references, including at least one who can speak to working with provider as their manager
