  • Open Dates: ASAP – Aug 31 2024
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
    • Temp Privileges Available for CLEAN History Providers
  • Coverage Type: No Call, 3-4 Clinic Days/week, (8a-5p)
  • Practice Settings: Outpatient
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Board Certified with Active License in Washington
    • Successful provider should be able to do all OBGYN surgeries and procedures-miscarriages (suction D&C), ectopics (laparoscopic, lapraotomy), torsion (laparoscopic, laparotomy), sections, hysterectomy
  • Compensation: Negotiable
