Opportunity: The OB Physician in this position demonstrates a high level of expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of the complex responses of individuals, families, or communities to actual or potential health problems, prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. The MD/DO provides both direct patient care on-site as well the supportive preparatory and follow up work related to the scheduled office visits. The physician also provides hospital care and on-call responsibilities as outlined in their contract. Each physician is assigned a core panel of patients but is available to provide quality care and consultation for all clinical patients under the scope of their training, license, credentialing and privileging. The physician provides comprehensive and professional health care to patients with the highest quality in a cost effective, ethical, and humanistic manner.


* Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations towards established goals by working with collaborative care model.
* 1:5 hospital call schedule, including 24-hour shifts every 5 days with a post-call day off.
* Conduct assessments to obtain and document pertinent physical, social, behavioral, environmental, and lifestyle factors that influence health while addressing presenting/initial reason for the clinical visit and offer subsequent service(s) as indicated.
* Initiates and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient’s status, analyzing the assessment data in determining the diagnoses to prioritizes diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning.

Compensation: $275,000-$325,000 based on previous work experience, education, certification, and other relevant factors. Amazing benefits including PTO, paid holidays, health, dental vision, disability, malpractice insurance. Student loan repayment options available through NHSC.
