*Location: Nice, safe Community in Anderson County; approximately 100 miles SE of Dallas
*Setting: Inpatient
*Start Date: May 1st, 2023
*End Date: Ongoing
*Coverage: Call Only
*Requirements:
-Active, unrestricted TX license
-Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payout-7 yrs)
-Flat rate 24 hour Call shift with no call back rate
-Only needed for a few days each month starting in May (to include nights/weekends)
*Please let me know your availability, the number of shifts per month you can handle, and dates you are available/unavailable.
*Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days (depending on provider’s ability to complete documents
*EMR: MEDHOST
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
