*Start Date: July, 28th, 2023

*End Date: August 14th, 2023

*Coverage: Vacations

• Please let me know your availability, to cover shifts

*Requirements:

Active Indiana MD License

NRP, ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA

Covid or other Vaccinations

*Credentialing Timeframe: Unknown

*Skills: High Risk Pregnancy, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, etc.,

*EMR: Cerner

*Volume: 1-3

*Please let me know your availability, the number of shifts per month you can handle, and dates you are available/unavailable. If you want a specific schedule, such as one, or 2 weeks per month, or 2 or 3 days a week, please make me aware.

*Travel & Lodging provided

*Malpractice Insurance provided
