Good afternoon.
Krista Dunn here with Ascend Medical. I have an excellent opportunity for a Permanent placement, Call Only position in Globe, Arizona. Please see the details below:
*Location: Arizona, Gila County, Globe; 90 miles east of Phoenix
*Setting: Critical Access Hospital/Clinic
*Coverage: Call Only; The physician will share clinic visits and hospital call coverage with other OB/GYNs
*Volume: 1 delivery/day; Clinic averages 12-15 patients per day on weekdays, and is not open weekends. The clinic currently employs 1 FT and 1 PT OB/GYN
*Looking to sign 5-Year Contract with the following benefits:
- Paid Malpractice
- 4 weeks paid vacation, 9 holidays, & 5 days of CME
- Full health/hospital benefits, i.e., medical, dental, vision, disability, etc.; includes Cobra reimbursement for first 90 days
- 401K - up to 4% match to federal limit
- CME $2,500
- Licensing & professional subscriptions $1500
- Call 1 in 2
- Sign-On Bonus $20,000
- Relocation assistance to hospital service area, up to $10,000
- $20,000 Student Loan Repayment, if not eligible for State of Federal loan repayment
- Salary Range: $450,000 - $650,000
*Rquirements:
- Possess or attain clean AZ license
- BE or BC
- Clean DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- Covid Vaccinations current (no exceptions)
- By start date, physician must be Up to date on all vaccinations
