Ongoing Locums OB/GYN needed in Northern Indiana
*Location: Kosciusko County in Northern Indiana
*Setting: Community Hospital, Outpatient
*Start Date: December 1, 2022
*End Date: December 1, 2023
*Coverage: Scheduled hours + Call; Call type is In-House; Call Ratio 1:3
*Requirements
- Active Indiana License or Attain an Indiana License (active & unrestricted) IMLC bid are allowed; Client will reimburse for Licensing costs!
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases, no large payouts)
- BC OB/GYN
- Must commit to a minimum of 3-6 months
