*Location: Sunny Arizona, Southeastern part of the state
*Setting: Clinic / Hospital; Inpatient/Outpatient
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing
*Coverage: Scheduled Hours + Call (Beeper)
*EMR: Cerner
*Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted license
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
*Dates Currently Needed:
- 12/29 @ 07 – 1/2 @ 07 *Urgent
- 1/23 @ 07 – 1/27 @ 07
- 2/3 @ 07 – 2/6 @ 07
- 2/21 @ 07 – 2/24 @ 07
