**Ob/Gyn Openings in Southern California**
- Bakersfield, CA: located 115 miles from Los Angeles
**Compensation Details**
- Total compensation for board certified + experience = (excluding any share of collections) - 423K
- Base salary: 300K+
- Starting bonus: 20K
- Weeknight call @ 1,200/night (estimated 4 calls per 13 week rotation: 19K
- Weekend/Holiday Call @ 2,400/24hr period (est. 1 call per 13-week rotation: 9,600
- Back-up Call when called into hospital @ 500/call-in (est. 3 times/year): 1,500
- Additional Clinics @ 125/hr (est. four 8hr additional clinics/month: 48K
- Quality bonus: 25K
