3 X Locum OB/GYN Physicians needed for ongoing need Central Michigan
*Location: Area covering Gratiot, Midland, Ogemaw and part of Saginaw and Gladden counties
*Setting: Site 1 is hospital only; Sites 2 & 3 are clinic + hospital
*Coverage: Ongoing 3-6 month commitment of 7-10 days per month (somewhat flexible)
- Site 1 Call only
- Site 2 Clinic + Call
- Site 3 Clinic + Call
*Start Date:
- Site 1: ASAP
- Site 2: September 1 or ASAP
- Site 3: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing - would consider providers becoming perm
*Requirements:
- Active, Clean MI License
- Clean DEA & NPDB (minimal cases, no unresolved, no current suits)
- Cs3
- Board Certified OB/GYN Provider
- Case Log of 100 deliveries and 50 GYN cases in past 12 months
- Comfortable with inpatient and outpatient (Preferred)

*Malpractice Insurance provided
