Schedule Hours - Hospital laborist hours 12hrs shifts 8A-8P and 8P-8A [4-5 shifts per week]

Call Night /Weekend - yes -if on call for nights/weekend
What is the Number of phone Consults 15-25
What are the days for Call 4-5 shifts per week, long term coverage needed
What Time does the Call start 8:00 AM (day shift) 8:00PM (night shift)
What Time does Call end 8:00 AM (night shift) 8:00PM (day shift)
Call will be for assigned, unassigned, or both assigned and unassigned patients both [including calls from Englewood, CapeCoral ED, Sarasota, etc]
Call response time required? 15 min? 20 min? 15 min to return call
Call Ratio – Call Back % 65%
Average Phone consults 15-25
Average admissions while on call 6
Average patients seen while on call 25
What support staff is available - Floor nurses, midlevels
Age of patients - 16-40 average
