Urgent: Locum OB/GYN in North Carolina
*Location: Sampson County, eastern region of NC
*Setting: Hospital
*Dates Needed:
- Aug 9 8am - Aug 15 8am
- Sept 2 8am - Sept 19 8am
- Sept 30 8am - Oct 3 8am
*Coverage:Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Provider also available for any emergent GYN procedures. High risk deliveries will only be emergent (no NICU at our facility). High risk transfer to New Hanover Regional or Cape Fear Valley for NICU - both approx. 30-45 mins. Level 1 nursery available.
*Requirements:
- BE/BC OB/GYN
- Active NC License
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases) NC DEA address
- Must be fully VACCINATED
- Provider must remain within 20 minutes of hospital per hospital bylaws
- Call contact by cell phone
*Preference
- Candidates within driving distance or air travel at $500 cap
- Candidates credentialed with Medicaid & Medicare or Enrolled with PECOS as a provider.
*Travel paid up to $500 max
*Housing provided in hospital apartments adjacent to facility.
*Malpractice insurance provided
