OB/GYN Hospitalist Position in Florida
OB/GYN Hospitalist (Laborist) opportunity to join the staff at a prominent university hospital
POSITION: LOCATION
Located in Southeast Florida
POSITION: RESPONSIBILITIES
Physician will attend to all patients and all unassigned deliveries. Coverage for the ER, ectopic pregnancies and extended services for community Obstetrics. Provide all OB Hospitalist services. Physicians average 25 GYN cases per year with 5 majors. Deliveries were 50 in the last year and increasing. 5 C-sections. The hospital has a level III nursery with all specialists on staff. Annual facility deliveries: 2500.
POSITION: DETAILS
Shifts are 24 hours, in house. Call/Sleep room available. Shift schedules are negotiable. Typically two shifts per week. 89.5 shifts per year. Hourly rate of $135 per hour ($290,000) per year.
