Optimum is working with a client who is looking to hire a full-time Nocturnist to join their Hospital Medicine team in the Boston North Shore region of Massachusetts. If you do not currently have an MA license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
About the Opportunity:
• Nocturnist position (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: 4on/3off then 3on/4off OR 7on/7off
• 14-16 patients per shift, 6-8 admits
• Closed ICU, no procedures, residents run codes
• Base salary $255k + $20k night differential
o Qual/productive incentive $25k
• Sign-on bonus + relocation + 4 weeks PTO
• Health benefits, retirement, CMEs $4k
• Must be ABIM board certified or eligible
