- Join a dedicated, quality driven team at the largest community healthcare system between Worcester and Boston serving 26 communities
- Full subspecialty support represented on the medical staff
- Hospitalist runs codes
- Semi-closed ICU
- Nocturnist coverage
- Internal medicine residency in the house – hospitalist service is non-teaching, however, the team has daily interactions with residents
- Blocked schedule with 7on/7off for a sustainable career
- 7 days PTO per year
- Family Medicine physicians will be considered with at least one-year hospitalist experience
