Seeking a Nocturnist to join a collaborative academic medical team northwest of Boston, Massachusetts.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time nighttime hospitalist opportunity in a tertiary academic medical setting.
- Join a department with more than 60 physicians and approximately ten advanced practitioners.
- The group uses seven-on/seven-off blocks and other scheduling arrangements; specific night scheduling is arranged with the team.
- Patient volume typically falls within Society of Hospital Medicine recommendations, without a hard cap.
- Internal medicine or family medicine residency training, strong academic credentials and teamwork are expected.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time annual base salary range: $240,000–$308,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Interview-expense reimbursement, relocation support and assistance with licensing, credentialing and onboarding.
- Performance incentives may be available based on role eligibility, productivity and quality.
