Position Highlights
- $295,000+ starting salary, with increases based on experience
- Average of 12 shifts per month
- Approximately 4–5 admissions per shift
- Cross-coverage of 30–40 patients
- Team of 9 nocturnists nightly with sick-call backup
- Opportunities to teach medical students and residents

Schedule
- Weekdays: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- One daytime weekend shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- 2027 residency graduates encouraged to apply
