Large established group in Tucson, AZ is actively seeking a Nocturnist. Incoming Physicians will provide coverage at two hospitals in the area located 20 minutes apart. Come and enjoy the year-round mild climate and a wonderful arts and culture scene while making a big impact in the community!
Hospital Employee, Inpatient only. 7 on/7 off nights. Closed ICU; procedure support from Intensivists and IV Team. Block scheduling - 7 on 7 off with some schedule flexibility for improved quality of life. Average patient census is 18 with 1 - 2 admissions per shift. Nocturnist shift rate is $1,950 + $20k quality bonus ($371,000 annually). $30,000 Signing bonus. Opportunity to teach Internal Medicine residents if desired. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K. International Airport In Town.
